Jesse EhretPresident

Jesse has 10+ years of experience as a public accountant. For 3 years, he served as a CFO for a global real estate fund and short-term rental management company, where he experienced firsthand the accounting challenges unique to the industry.

After realizing there were many companies struggling with the same technology, processes, and lackluster financial reporting, Jesse saw an opportunity to combine industry expertise with technology to simplify and standardize accounting for companies in the vacation rental industry. In 2018, he and two colleagues formed Ximplifi, delivering accounting support to more than 100 property management companies across the country.

Now as President of RealCount, Jesse brings years of experience working with real estate investors and property managers of all sizes to solve their accounting challenges and achieve the goals they have for their businesses. Jesse is an avid speaker and continues to educate the industry on best practices in finance and accounting in-person and online. On top of all this, Jesse has another full-time job: being a great husband and dad to his four kids.
